Your order will include only the table and chairs in the option you select. Decorative items in our photographs, such as tableware, vases and accessories, are not included.

Yes. For eligible online orders, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your furniture that you wish to cancel, then have a further 14 days to return it. Please contact our team with your order number before returning any furniture. We can arrange collection if needed. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return or collection costs; we will explain the applicable charge before arranging collection. Please keep the furniture in good condition, protect it carefully for transport and retain the original packaging where possible. Customers may inspect goods as they would in a shop, but excessive handling may affect the refund under applicable law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will not charge you to return it. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Yes. Every Vorelle Homes dining set includes a one-year (12-month) warranty. If you believe there is a manufacturing issue with your table or chairs during that period, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and explain the next steps in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. The warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
