Delivery Areas

Vorelle currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, unless a different delivery timeframe is stated on the individual product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or unusually high order volumes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Multiple Item Orders

Where an order contains more than one item, products may occasionally arrive separately depending on stock location or courier arrangements.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Vorelle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
