Before delivery, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery day and a time slot, so you know when to expect your furniture. Delivery times are estimates and we will keep you informed if arrangements change.

Yes, some basic assembly is required. The amount of assembly can vary between tables and chairs, so check the instructions supplied with your furniture and identify all components before starting. We recommend having a second adult help with larger or heavier parts, assembling on a protected, level surface, and checking that all fittings are secure before use. If you discover a missing or damaged component, contact our team before attempting assembly.

You can choose the table only or a complete set with the number of matching dining chairs shown in the options on this product page. Select your preferred configuration under “Choose your set” before adding it to your basket; the displayed price will reflect your choice. Your order will include only the table and chairs in the option you select. Decorative items in our photographs, such as tableware, vases and accessories, are not included.

Our dining chairs are carefully selected with comfort, supportive shapes and premium upholstery in mind. Their cushioned seating and considered backrest designs make them well suited to family meals and entertaining guests. Seat shape, firmness and fabric vary between collections, so we recommend viewing the photographs and product information for your chosen chairs to make sure the style and proportions are right for you.

Yes. Every Vorelle Homes dining set includes a one-year (12-month) warranty. If you believe there is a manufacturing issue with your table or chairs during that period, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and explain the next steps in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. The warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

Tabletops: Wipe regularly with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth and dry after cleaning. For stubborn marks, use a mild, pH-neutral cleaner suitable for the particular surface. Clean spills promptly and avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and dragging sharp objects across the top. Use coasters, placemats and heat-resistant mats rather than placing hot cookware directly on the surface.

Upholstered chairs: Vacuum gently with a soft upholstery attachment. Blot spills promptly with a clean cloth; do not rub or soak the fabric. Follow any fabric-specific care instructions supplied with your chairs and seek professional advice for persistent stains.

Frames and extending tables: Dust frames with a soft cloth, avoid prolonged moisture and direct heat, and periodically check accessible fixings. Extend the table gently, keeping moving parts clear and following the manufacturer’s instructions. Care instructions vary by finish, so always prioritise those supplied with your furniture.
